Shipping

  • For all items made to order please allow for the noted lead time to complete.

  • Please note that all orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • All items are shipped with tracking and require a signature on delivery.


What qualifies as a return?

  • If for any reason there is a problem with the item you can return it and receive a full refund. Please notify us as soon as possible if this is the case.

  • To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in perfect condition, suitably and safely packed, within 7 days.

  • You can return a Made to Order item, but not if it has been personalised.

  • Sale items or items purchased using a discount code are not returnable.

  • Gift Vouchers are refundable within 21 days.


Return postage

  • Returned items must be shipped with tracking and a signature on delivery.

  • Please contact me directly for the return address.

  • The sender must cover the cost of the shipping.
