Shipping
For all items made to order please allow for the noted lead time to complete.
Please note that all orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
All items are shipped with tracking and require a signature on delivery.
What qualifies as a return?
If for any reason there is a problem with the item you can return it and receive a full refund. Please notify us as soon as possible if this is the case.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in perfect condition, suitably and safely packed, within 7 days.
You can return a Made to Order item, but not if it has been personalised.
Sale items or items purchased using a discount code are not returnable.
Gift Vouchers are refundable within 21 days.
Return postage
Returned items must be shipped with tracking and a signature on delivery.

The sender must cover the cost of the shipping.
